Each source is listed with its publisher, the licence its text is read under, and why it is read. Google News, which finds stories rather than publishing them, is the eightieth — every item credits the original outlet.

It changes, and the change is visible.
Sources are added when they prove useful and dropped when they do not. A source that has produced nothing in weeks is a cost with no return, and three of the ones above are currently on exactly that watch. The API reports the source of every item, so a list that shifts underneath you is a list you can audit.
The licence is the honest limit on the copy. A publisher who keeps their own text is read for facts only, and those words are never carried. It is why the licence stands beside each one rather than hiding in the small print.
