Two addresses.
Aurith is one person in Canada. There is no support desk and no ticket queue — an email arrives at a person, and that is both the limitation and the point.
- api@aurith.ca The API. Access, fields, languages, pricing, integration, anything technical. This is the one to use if you are here for the product.
- hello@aurith.ca Everything else. Press, partnership, a publisher who wants to talk about how they are credited, or a question that does not fit above.
- Privacy and your data Either address reaches the same person. See Privacy for what is held and how to have it removed.
Ask, if a page here has not answered it.
Buying takes a card and about a minute — the prices are on Services and the shape of the thing you would be integrating against is on Docs. Nothing below is needed to start.
Write for the questions those pages do not answer: a source you need that is not listed, a language that is not written yet, a rate above the published one. Say which sources, which languages, and roughly what volume. It goes to a person.
Your address is used to answer you and nothing else. It is not sold, not shared and not added to anything. Ask and it is deleted.
Read this before you write.
Aurith reads publicly available feeds, writes its own articles about what it finds, and credits the publisher by name on every item. It does not reproduce headlines, body text or links, and it does not present itself as the publisher.
If you would rather not be read at all, say so at hello@aurith.ca and your feed comes off the list. That is a one-line change and it does not need a lawyer to arrange.
